研究方向简介
慢性非传染性疾病（NCD）的精准防控研究
针对一些重要NCD（糖尿病、癌症、儿童肥胖和老年痴呆等），通过体外及动物实验和人群流行病学研究，结合代谢组学和数据挖掘等高技术手段，从不同层面解析相关发病机制，并构建疾病预测模型，以指导其精准防控。本学科方向已有国家重大科技专项、国家自然科学基金及省部级项目10余项作为支撑，发表高水平科研论文20余篇。

研究特殊环境条件作用于人体所引起的生理及病理变化的现象及规律，主要开展辐射致细胞死亡机制研究、放疗与综合治疗的优化及其理论研究、辐射风险标志物、抗辐射损伤应急药物、建设职业病危害评价研究等，拥有浙南辐射防护与安全应急科研平台，且与国家能源局、中广核集团建立了全面合作关系，地区特色优越。

慢性非传染性疾病的分子机制及营养干预研究
针对近年来在我国居民中高发常发且影响人群健康的几类NCD，如脂肪肝、肥胖、糖尿病、老年痴呆及肿瘤，围绕营养和能量代谢调控信号，从器官、细胞及分子水平解析NCD的营养相关发病机制；同时，针对NCD人群开展食物成分及生活方式的营养流行病学研究。本方向已有10余项国家自然科学基金作为支撑，发表本领域高水平科研论文10余篇。

环境污染物的危害与毒性机制
运用基因敲除小鼠、斑马鱼、线虫等多种实验模型，从信号通路、相关靶基因、生物标志物等方面进行体内体外研究，阐明环境污染物对肝脏代谢系统、血液系统、生殖系统等方面的危害及其毒性机制。本方向的研究成果为环境污染物的毒性评价和毒作用机制分析提供重要科学依据。
